In about 2 hours I will be boarding a plane to Vegas!
That's right Lady Luck has smiled
upon us and we managed to get a good deal...
It's our first time going there and we're excited. Not big gamblers, and we don't drink (yawn, right?) but at least we like shopping!!
Of course, I'm a bit apprehensive leaving my kids behind, since I hate flying and I always imagine the worst case scenario, but once we land, I will be relaxed in the sun.
I've read it's supposed to be 27 degrees out there (that's 85 for you Farenheit speaking folks)
That's hot! Especially compared to me typing this while wearing my parka!
So, we're off til wednesday... hope to be taking lots of cool pictures to share with you when we come back!!
Oh and if you have any good tips, especially about upgrades and free stuff, do share! I'm gonna be checking my emails from our hotel :-)

Yeah Vegas.. I know you'll have a great time and enjoy that weather!!! It is quite a place- visually speaking. I hope you both find it refreshing and fun. I'll be here keeping things going till you get back. :) It will probably take days to get the "ding ding ding" sound out of your head from all those slot machines!

OMG have a blast!!! Matt and I got married there almost 6 years ago and it was big fun. I still remember the 106 degree heat and the frozen lemonades and margaritas that we slurped down every 5 minutes!!!! I also remember the painful amount of money we lost.

Hey have fun. The last time I was in Vegas I was 15 years old with my parents and couldnt do a damned thing there. I had no friends to go walking about with. So enjoy and yes take loads of photo's.. Now I have to get you to WI somehow.. LOL.. Nothing really big here like Vegas though... LOL.. Talk to you soon.
